trying to cleanout the kitchen before I go to Turkey & Greece, so had to get creative and use what was onhand:
sautee sweet onion in olive oil
add portobello mushroom
douse with braggs amino acid and lime juice
add garlic and ginger
add cubed tofu
turmeric
curry powder
more lime juice
cilantro
celery
peanuts
top with fresh cilantro, cherry tomatoes from the garden, crushed peanuts
